No-bake · pantry-led · Christmas-cute
These little bites turn simple ingredients into a festive treat — perfect when you want something special without turning on the oven.
what you’ll need
Buy (optional, just one thing):
-
1 packet plain biscuits (Marie, Arrowroot, Digestives)
From the fridge & pantry:
-
250 g cream cheese, softened
-
395 g tin condensed milk
-
1 cup white chocolate bits
-
Fresh strawberries (for the “hats”)
-
Whipped cream (or thickened cream, whipped)
Optional extras (only if you have them):
1 tsp vanilla essence
Desiccated coconut (for the hat trim)
-
How to make them
Biscuit base
-
Crush the biscuits finely.
-
If you have butter, mix in a little melted butter.
-
Press into the base of mini muffin cases or small round moulds.
-
Chill while you make the filling.
2 Melt the white chocolate
-
Gently melt the white chocolate bits (short microwave bursts or over hot water).
-
Set aside for a few minutes to cool slightly.
3 Cheesecake filling
-
Beat or stir the softened cream cheese until smooth.
-
Gradually mix in the condensed milk until glossy.
-
Slowly stir in the melted white chocolate.
-
Add vanilla if using.
Spoon the mixture over the biscuit bases, smooth the tops, and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
-
Make the Santa hats
-
Hull the strawberries so they sit flat.
-
Place one strawberry point-side up on each cheesecake bite.
-
Pipe or spoon a little whipped cream on top of the strawberry for the pom-pom.
-
Optional: sprinkle coconut around the base of the strawberry to look like fluffy hat trim.
Serve & enjoy
Keep chilled until serving. These are rich, creamy, and quietly festive — and they disappear fast.
