This park is such a well-thought-out spot for dogs. I really appreciated that there are separate areas for big and small dogs — it makes things so much more relaxed for everyone. The whole space feels well maintained and you can tell the council puts effort into keeping it clean and functional.
There are dog disposal bags available (which is always a plus) and water troughs to keep the pups hydrated after a good run. It’s in a great location too — easy to get to and nicely laid out. The only downside is the lack of shade, so it’s definitely best to visit early morning or late afternoon, especially in the warmer months.
Still, overall it’s a great spot for dogs to burn off energy and socialise safely.
